A. Process Steps:

Submit an application letter addressed to DG Fisheries Development.
The application will be considered by the Coastal Fishing Ships Study Committee.
The applicant will be informed about his application status.
Fill in the Application Form.

B. List all forms/applications that need to be completed to apply for the service:

The required documents must be attached to the Application Form.

Description	Fee to be paid	Places of Payment
Licence issue and renewal – for a ship with an engine of 50 horsepower (hp) and less RO 0.100 is to be added for every extra hp	15 R.O.	Financial Affairs Section in the Department.
Delay Penalty – for every month a ship, with an engine of 50 hp and less, does not renew its licence	300 bz.	Financial Affairs Section in the Department.
Agricultural and Fisheries Fund contribution – if the length of the fishing boat or ship less than 28 feet	3 R.O	Financial Affairs Section in the Department.
Delay Penalty – for every month a ship, with an engine over 50 hp, does not renew its licence	1 R.O	Financial Affairs Section in the Department.
Agricultural and Fisheries Fund contribution – if the length of the fishing boat or ship is more than 28 feet in length	6 R.O	Financial Affairs Section in the Department.
