  2. Name accreditation.
  3. Issue Order for initial support.


B. List all forms/applications that need to be completed to apply for the service:
  • Request letter.
  • Valid identification card.
  • Valid agricultural tenure card.
  • Agricultural tenure size must not be less than ten acres.
