Steps to follow to request the service

This service is provided for merchants wishing to enlist their establishments as authorized distributors for the authority. The merchant can personally applies for it or send an authorized person on their behalf. They fill the Authorized Distributor Request form and provide the required documents. The Head of Marketing will send staff to examine the merchant’s outlet, check license documents and check if the store is suitable for commodity storage. Upon approval, a formal letter shall be sent to the merchant.

  • Copy of enrolment certificate.
  • Copy of computer papers.
  • Copy of authorized signee form.
  • Copy of civil ID of partners.
  • Copy of municipal license.
  • Copy of municipal lease contract.
